Selecting YES means:

• Device powers up to home screen
• Device functions normally and powers on and off
• Internal battery functions and appears to be normal
• A factory reset is able to be performed to clear data for transit
• The power connector port is working and does not show signs of damage or corrosion

Selecting NO means:

• Device does not power up to home screen
• Device does not function normally and cannot power on and off
• Internal battery does not appear or perform normally
• A factory reset was not able to be performed
• The power connector port is not working or shows signs of damage or corrosion

Selecting No Means:

• Display responds to touch and is fully functional allowing access to applications
• Glass is not cracked or broken
• No dark spots, blemishes, or bleeding
• No dead pixels or distortion
• No discoloration
• No shadows or burn-in
• No damage from moisture
• No light leakage

Selecting Yes Means:

• Display does not respond to touch, is not functional, and does not allow access to applications
• Glass is cracked or broken
• There are dark spots, blemishes, or bleeding
• There are dead pixels or distortion
• There is discoloration
• There are shadows or burn-in
• There is damage from moisture
• There is light leakage

Selecting YES means:

• All accounts have been removed from the phone or turned off, for example Find My iPhone, Google, Find My Mobile, etc.
• All Firmware Passwords or Locks have also been removed or turned off for Laptops

Selecting NO means:

• This device still has active accounts
• This laptop has a firmware lock or requires a password
• These accounts or passwords prevent the device from being processed and will have zero trade-in value
